The hotel had a perfect location overlooking Lake Geneva, but the rooms were small and worn-out. The service was excellent overall, except for a rude encounter at the restaurant. Dining was overpriced and not exceptional. The facilities seemed adequate, but some improvements could be made.
The hotel offers breathtaking views overlooking the inner patio, impeccable service, and delicious food with varied options. However, the room was a bit cramped due to bulky furniture, requiring maneuvering around. The location was great, but the high price does not fully align with the 5-star standards it aspires to maintain.
